في عمق الجنوب التونسي، حيث تمتد الصحراء لتروي ذاكرة شعب، تقف رمادة شامخة بتاريخها النضالي المجيد. ليست مجرد نقطة على الخريطة، بل أرض سالت فيها دماء الشهداء في معركة خالدة، سُجّلت بمداد الفداء والكرامة: معركة رمادة في ماي 1958، التي أرّخت لرفض الاستعمار واستكمال السيادة الوطنية.
كانت رمادة في تلك الحقبة جبهة متقدمة ضد بقايا الوجود الفرنسي، رغم إعلان الاستقلال. ووسط مناخ محتقن، اندلعت المعركة لتُظهر أن الاستقلال لا يُقاس بالاتفاقيات فقط، بل بالتضحيات الحقيقية في الميدان. سقط شهداء، ومنهم الشهيد علي بن سعيد المخلبي، وغيرهم من الأبطال الذين واجهوا مدافع الاحتلال بصدرٍ عارٍ، وإيمان لا يلين.
هذه الدماء الزكية لم تكن دفاعاً عن رقعة جغرافية فقط، بل كانت تعبيرًا عن حلمٍ بدولة عادلة، حرّة، تستمد شرعيتها من إرادة شعبها.
لكن المفارقة القاسية، أن رمادة اليوم لا تعكس مكانتها في تاريخ تونس الوطني. تعاني المدينة من:
– هشاشة البنية التحتية،
– ارتفاع نسب البطالة،
– ضعف الخدمات الأساسية (الصحة، التعليم، النقل) ،
– غياب الاستثمار العمومي المهيكل.
شبابها، الورثة الشرعيون لذاك المجد، يعيشون على هامش الدولة التي دفع أجدادهم حياتهم من أجلها. ما بين الواقع والتاريخ، فجوة كبيرة تؤلم كل من يحمل في قلبه ذرة من الوفاء.
لا يمكن أن نستحضر رمادة فقط في المناسبات، أو حين نحتاج إلى “رمز وطني”. الواجب هو ترسيخ عدالة تنموية حقيقية تشمل:
– إدماج رمادة في استراتيجية تنمية وطنية شاملة ومتوازنة،
– تهيئة مناخ الاستثمار المحلي، خاصة في الطاقات المتجددة والاقتصاد الحدودي القانوني،
– تطوير السياحة التاريخية والبيئية، باعتبار رمادة شاهدة على الكفاح الوطني،
– دعم المشاريع المجتمعية والتعليمية، بما يعيد الأمل والثقة في المستقبل.
لقد خاضت رمادة معركة المقاومة، واليوم تخوض معركة الكرامة. من واجب الدولة، والنخب، وكل من يحمل همّ الوطن، أن يُعيد لرمادة مكانتها واعتبارها، لا بالخطابات، بل بالبرامج والإجراءات..
فالوفاء الحقيقي للشهداء، لا يكون في اللوحات التذكارية، بل في مشاريع تنموية تُخرج رمادة من الظل إلى الضوء، من التهميش إلى الدور الريادي.
رمادة لا تُنسى… فلا تُهمّش…
